If you want to book an affordable reception hall and be able to hire your own catering, look to the Mid-America Windmill Museum!
The facility seats 150-250, and is located at the Windmill Museum. You bring the catering. They are also upgrading the interior with Black Pipe and Drape along the outside walls to make the room more cozy and formal. I forgot my camera at the Silver wedding on January 9th, but next time I am there I will post pictures for this facility. I currently have 5 bookings this coming year at the Museum, and entertained there 8 times in 2009.
